Daddy's girl

The beginning...day 1.... love at first sight.

She cuddles the best with daddy.

She slept the best on daddy only.

Nothing sweeter a Daddy/Daughter love.

No matter how big she gets she still loves her daddy cuddles.

They have their own kind of silly time.

She is like her daddy in so many ways, with or without his glasses.

She adores her daddy and every minute with him.

Every time we go out places we are told how cute/pretty she is. I bet that makes daddy proud :)

Saturday nights are the night she gets to sleep in the bed with us. ***Sometimes a week has a few Saturdays.***

Azalea is lucky to have such a loving, fun, hands on daddy.

She will probably be 10 years old someday still wanting to do have her cuddles.

With love, Mommy.

Update on the girls

The girls have been busy busy in their own ways the last few days.
Yesterday Azalea was given a little walker that looks like a red car and boy does she love it!! Her daddy put on her favorite songs and she was rocking out in it. She was so stinkin cute. Maybe we will try to get a video of it. After we took her out of it and put her on the floor, I turned around thinking she was pretty quiet and there she was crawling after the dog toys. I was sooo excited....and a touch worried at the same time. She will be getting into EVERYTHING...and she is already pretty quick. She is also standing 100% alone without touching anything for about a minute at a time. :)
Eva is back to school after her winter break and shes happy about that. She says daycare is boring and their puzzles only have 50 pieces and she wants to do something harder besides just art projects. She missed her teacher and reading class. That's probably why she has such good grades.
She also went to the doctor today to get her hearing rechecked. (She failed 2 hearing tests at her school and was sent home with a note of concern.) The doctor said it could be a number of reasons for it and suspects allergies. We have to do ear drops and nasal spray for 2 weeks then go back. This was all pretty shocking to me cause she is the kid that never gets sick and doesn't ever come across many health issues. So I'll try not to do my normal panic and just take it a step at a time. Shes a tough girl :)
The girls and I went to Joann's today and got Eva supplies to learn how to sew by hand. She picked out some "groovy" fabric her barbies would like...of course.
We came home and together we made a barbie sleeping bag. I was amazed how nice her stitching was!!

Eva playing with her sister...She is such a great big sister!

This is the face after being told NO for touching a outlet for the first time.

And this was the second time...then she stopped. Such a sad face!!

The barbie sleeping bag and her new sewing kit.

Bear hanging out by Azalea... probably watching to make sure she doesn't take his toys.

Christmas morning

I am trying to get pictures up quick, but Azalea is being a handful lately!!! Its so unbelievably hard to find even 10 minutes when I have nothing to do.
These Christmas day pictures are limited cause Christmas didn't go at all like we hoped. Fuel pump went our on our family SUV...that was expensive and very stressful overall. Then I got sick and my kidney started causing me lots of pain. Luckily my parents came to pick up Eva so she wouldn't have a crappy Christmas. They ended up keeping her all weekend, which she LOVED!!! But I missed her SO very bad....but important part was that she got to enjoy Christmas with my family! :) Thanks Mom and Rob!!!

What Santa brought the girls.

Eva was pleased with her new Barbie house and Car.

Shes too busy playing to turn around for a picture.....understandable.

Azalea wasn't quite awake yet.* Notice we have naturally curly hair with Azalea! YAY!

She loves her fun table!!

Sweet girls...

Daddy's doing....

Azalea now stands for completely alone without support!
She had so many new toys to play with... yet she just keeps doing this with her table and yelling very loud.

Christmas Eve..

For Christmas this year we had Brayden on Christmas Eve, so that is were our Christmas story begins.
I got off work (x-mas eve), picked up the girls and made it home to Bryan and Brayden, who had the house all sparkling and clean ready for the fun to begin. Soon after that Bryan's mom and her boyfriend Mark came over.
We made a wonder dinner and after tore through our giant mountain of gifts.

Here is some of the pictures...more to come on the next blog.

All the gifts...so pretty...unknowing what will happen when the 3 sweet kids below get a hold of them

The 3 sweet kids. Eva and Brayden 6 and Azalea 7 months.

Silly!!!
Eva got her MP3 player!!

Bryan helping Azalea open her bath toys

Brayden got lots of wonderful toys...he was REALLY happy!!

Our living room became a sea of toys, boxes, and wrapping paper

Eva got LOTS of Barbie stuff

Azalea thought opening gifts was pretty fun

She did very good at opening her stuff :)

The reason...

I thought many times how much I can't stand websites like Facebook and Myspace. The ONLY thing I have ever liked about it is that I can share pictures and updates on my life and family. I only want family and really close friends to know whats going on with my family and I. So I closed down my accounts with Facebook and Myspace, and here I am....trying this out. I think it will be fun.
I will try my hardest to load it up with pictures and updates as much as I can manage.
So hopefully everyone understands my reason.
If anyone wants to see certain pictures or has questions...ask!!! Give me ideas! I'm NOT creative at all, so I am open to all input.

So for now here is a picture of Eva @ about 7 months and below Azalea @ 7months.

Funny how different these two are at this age. Cutest girlies EVER!!

PS...
I'll post Christmas pictures this weekend.
